Unidos por el skate, Selu y Gome comienzan a hacer canciones en 2019 y llaman a Paco Loco para grabarlas. El resultado: cortes inmediatos y letras directas al mentón, pop de guitarras distorsionadas, envueltas en melodías con lenguaje claro y directo, un cuidado exquisito por los estribillos y una visión muy particular de las relaciones.

Canciones como “Pedregalejo”, “El Boquete” o “Perpignan” sugieren –mejor dicho: certifican– que estamos ante un duo a la altura de Yawners o Cala Vento. Y es que NADIE PATÍN lo tienen todo: juventud, descaro, talento, rabia y canciones. “La fatiga que se pasa por amor”, así lo llaman en Jerez y así lo cuentan, tal cual lo piensan y lo viven.

El trío madrileño BALONCESTO formado por guitarra, bajo, batería y voz practica un particular sonido donde el rock y el emo-hardcore de los ’90 marcan la pauta de sus composiciones. Con poco más de un año en activo, son una de las nuevas bandas que habrá que seguir de cerca en los próximos meses. Este 2022 han editado un EP bajo el título homónimo, producido por Mané López (Buenatarde) y grabado en 1884 Estudios de Madrid, estando disponibles en todas las plataformas digitales y editadas por el sello Mont Ventoux.
