Detrás de Pumuky se esconden los hermanos Jaír y Noé Ramírez, originarios de una pequeña localidad del norte de Tenerife. A pesar de una accidentada travesía con múltiples cambios de formación, han publicado cerca de una decena de referencias discográficas en sellos como Jabalina, WeAreWolves o Keroxen. Acumulan a su vez un largo historial de conciertos en Europa y Latinoamérica, con presencia en importantes foros como Primavera Sound o el Festival NRMAL (México). Destacados medios musicales, pasando por Rockdelux o Remezcla, han bendecido su propuesta, apareciendo sus trabajos en multitud de referéndums anuales.

Su último trabajo publicado fue un EP titulado «Castillo Interior«. Este lanzamiento contó con una serie de remixes de artistas de la talla de Jimmy Tamborello (Dntel, The Postal Service), Xiu Xiu, David Cordero, El Hijo o Somos La Herencia.
